Canal reves bizarres

I can't remember the particulars, but never let Hunter S. Thompson work fast food. For one thing, he goes off on breaks, never comes back, and then YOU have to cover his shift.

Not to mention, if he gets stoned and cuts his finger, Lazlo will show up and sue you

"Lazlo" is strictly in "Where the Buffalo Roam". The attorney in real life was Oscar Acosta, the "Samoan attorney" of "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas".

OK - point taken, but you have to admit that Lazlo was a great character. When I was on maternity leave after Renee was born I watched either "up in Smoke" or "Where the Buffalo Roam" on alternate days for about a month while she napped

This explains a lot.

By the way, I got your package on Friday. The fake African violet now has a place of honour on top of my TV and the notecards were something I actually really needed. Thank you!

You're very welcome - I thought it would take longer to get there. I don't really see you as a pink person but that was the only color that has your initial on them.

and yes - it explains some stuff but I'm actually a walking paradox. Renee used to tell me I should write a book

Hey, you got it! In the note I was vague since our boxes are inspected before they can be closed up and mailed, but I sent him as a Mohammed doll to keep Jesus doll company. As I said, will he be Jesus's superfriend or super arch-nemesis? You decide.

I'd so buy that anime on DVD.

BTW, I just finished disc 2 of 3 of "Robot Red Baron". I think I'll send it to you on long-term loan when I'm done.
This show is beyond awesome. Just wait till you see the Space Iron Alliance in their silver painted Frankenstein masks.

They show up in episode 27. But even the terrestrial Iron Alliance is pretty happenin'.

You'll see some of the influence behind "G Gundam" as every show of the first 10 episodes or so features another robot showing stereotyped characteristics of its home country.
