Coffee question

I went to our latest and newest Trader Joe's and bought a can of their ground Classic Blend coffee. It's really good. It is twice as expensive as the Yuban I usually get at the commissary, but half the price of the Gevalia I buy in bags as my Sunday coffee.

Thing is, I buy Yuban because the beans are roasted locally and approved by the Rainforest Alliance. The RA is a group I researched and found they have a good rating as a nonprofit.

Does anyone know if Trader Joe's beans are fair trade? I'd hate to have bought a big can of slavery.

I thought a lot of them are? it's been awhile since I shopped at TJ's. AFAIK, they're marked.

Myy guess is yes, as TJ''s seems to be all about bringing healthily, non_-gmo foods, that I'd guess it would also do fair trade.
