Insomnia

I had it last night. Sleeping has become difficult for me again; my brain just won't shut off a lot of the time. Of course, it didn't help that certain four-footed furry creatures were running back and forth on the bed half the night. I think I got about five hours of sleep, maybe less. I neglected to bring any snacks to work with me, got hungry and ate lunch early, and that completely threw off my schedule for exercising. I'm going to go home tonight and see if I can think in a straight line.

I've been taking melatonin to help me sleep for the past two weeks after going through a difficult stretch.
