Shedding the Chains of Apple

I've decided I want to shed the chains of Apple. Right now, I have an iPhone and an iPod Nano. I would like to go back to Android for my phone and a memory card-based device for my music. What are some Android smart phones that anyone there is enjoying? Good camera is a big plus; the main reason I would get an iPhone 6 is the great camera.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note II. It's been working fine for me. The big screen is making ebooks easier on my eyes. The camera works well for me, 8 MP.

Probably best to hold it before buying to make sure it's a good fit for your hands (6" x 3").

Yeah, that's way too large for my hands.

This is what I would have recommended as well.

I've had it for close to two years now, but I quite like my Samsung Galaxy S4, although I expect that the newer S5 or S6 versions are just as good, if not better. It's got a pretty good camera too, but I'm not exactly the best judge of such things because I have a terribly unsteady hand for taking pictures.

I love my iPhone 6 and the camera is great. But I would recommend going to the store and trying out different models that you can hold in your hands and play around with. That is how my SO chose his Android phone.
